Creating and managing the service catalog

BMC Helix Digital Workplace Catalog presents services from multiple lines of business such as IT, HR, and Facilities in a single catalog. As a Catalog administrator, you set up your catalog by creating services, bundles, banners, workflows, and other supporting components for a seamless resolution of the service requests.
