IMS command interface (type-1 and type-2)

The DELTA PLUS ISPF interface includes a panel for issuing IMS Operator Commands (type-1 and type-2), and viewing the response from the command issued. This feature adds convenience for the users by eliminating the need to access an IMS Operator Console and allowing the command to be issued to multiple IMS systems.
