• You can group the environment pools to deploy all the pools within a group in parallel. If you group the pools, during the deployment the content will be deployed simultaneously to all the channels within the specified pools group.
• You can set properties for the package and instance references while editing the references, using the properties sub-tab under References. The reference properties set there override the properties set on other levels.

• The performance of the Deploy tab of BMC Release Package Deployment in managing big amounts of data under repositories and instances is now more quick and streamlined.
• The Dashboard Instance Age system property now limits the display of the packages' and repositories' instances under Deploy > Dashboard to the number you specify under System > Settings. 
• The Dashboard Instance Age system property now limits the display of all the deployments under Deploy > Launchpad, whether or not they are marked as 'Route Complete'.

• The BMC VaraLogix Q Deployment Automation product is now officially renamed to BMC Release Package Deployment.
• The Manual Task activity library now saves the audit log information. You can view it on the Report tab under Audit Log.
• On the Deploy tab under View > Results, you can now sort or filter the deployment results by any parameter.
• On the Deploy tab under View > Results, you can now view a specific number of the deployment results per page. To specify the number of deployment results to be displayed, change the value of the Items Per Page setting under System > Settings.

• BMC VaraLogix Q Deployment Automation now supports multiple BMC Server Automation (BSA) users and roles at a time during deployments and instance creations.
  
• BMC VaraLogix Q Deployment Automation now sorts automatically the list of the physical and virtual servers associated with the channel.
• The VL_CONTAINER property now contains a list of the repository items.
  
• You can now search for the needed physical or virtual server by entering the servers name in theServer search field in the Summary tab under Topology > Channels.
• You can now assign roles to the content and environment/channel processes.

• You can now make the system change the ID of the deployed instance automatically every time the instance is deployed.
