Verifying the upgrade

Verify that the upgrade was successful by performing the following steps:

1. Follow the steps in verifying an installation.
2. (9.1.01) Verify that backup configurations are disabled be performing the following steps:
   1. From the Virtual Chat Administration Console, select Self Service Portal > Configuration.
   2. If you see configurations with a prefix of Backup_, modify them and change the Status to Disabled.
   3. If you do not see any configurations with a prefix of Backup_, they might already be disabled. To verify that they are disabled, click Show disabled.
