Unable to access the product on Chrome or Microsoft Edge browsers
On the Windows platform, if you use the Chrome or Microsoft Edge browser to access TrueSight Smart Reporting - Platform, you might encounter an error, or the screen might become unresponsive. This is an inconsistent issue, and occurs because the self-signed certificate is incompatible with Chrome or Microsoft Edge. You must create and import private certificates on Chrome and Microsoft Edge to resolve this issue.
