The Infrastructure Management integration for Tivoli-Netcool Module enables the bi-directional flow of enterprise events and message data between Infrastructure Management and IBM Netcool/OMNIbus.
The Infrastructure Management integration for Tivoli Netcool Module provides the following benefits:
- Infrastructure Management events are integrated into the Netcool/OMNIbus workspace, or Netcool/OMNIbus events are integrated into the Infrastructure Management workspace, providing a single console for event management.
- Only the events designated as being of interest are passed to the relevant system. The other events are filtered out.
- Events are translated from one Event Management System (EMS) format to the other.
- You can enrich the message before you send it from one EMS to the other.
