Using saved queries

The saved queries list contains error and latency queries that you run most frequently.

By default, this list contains typical queries:

• Default error queries
  • 100 most recent sessions this hour
  • 100 most recent sessions this hour - with any errors
  • 100 most recent sessions this hour - with application (AP) errors
  • 100 most recent sessions this hour - with client (CL) errors
  • 100 most recent sessions this hour - with content (CT) errors
  • 100 most recent sessions this hour - with custom (CU) errors
  • 100 most recent sessions this hour - with network (NW) errors
  • 100 most recent sessions this hour - with server (SV) errors
• Default latency queries
  • 100 most recent sessions this hour with TCP problems (retrx and out-of-order packets)
  • 100 most recent sessions this hour with high TCP latency (average RTT > 100 ms)
  • 100 sessions with the highest average host load time this hour
  • 100 sessions with the highest average network load time this hour
  • 100 sessions with the highest average total load time this hour
  • 100 sessions with the lowest throughput this hour

To run a query from the list, click it's title. The Snapshot analysis tool opens.

To add a new query to the list

1. In a Real User Analyzer , click Session Browser.

2. Use one of the approaches:

• Run an ad-hoc query, and on the Action menu, click Save as new query.
• On the Action menu, click Add new query, provide the filter criteria, and click Save query.
  
  The query is added to the saved queries list and is available for further use.

To edit a query from the list

To perform this procedure, you must have Operator-level access, or higher.

1. In a Real User Analyzer, click Session Browser.
2. On the action menu for a query, select Edit.
3. Update query parameters and click Save query.
   
   The query is updated.

To delete a query from the list

To perform this procedure, you must have Operator-level access, or higher.

1. In a Real User Analyzer, click Session Browser.
2. On the action menu for a query, select Delete.

The query is removed from the saved queries list.
