This table lists the possible errors that might occur:

WebApi.Asset.002 | Asset Type with parent id {0} could not be found. | This error occurs when the specified Asset Type does not exist under the specified Parent Asset Type ID. | You must provide a valid Parent Asset Type ID. |
WebApi.Asset.003 | {0} | This error means that an asset with same name already exists. This error is generated when you try to create or update an Asset with a duplicate name. | You must provide a unique name when you create an asset. |
WebApi.Attachment.001 | Attachment '{0}' could not be found. | This error is generated when you search for an attachment, but you specify an Attachment ID which is not linked to any attachment. | You must specify a valid Attachment ID when you search for an attachment. |
Web.Attachment.003 | Could not open attachment {0}. | This error is generated if there is any issue while accessing the file contents. | You must make sure that the attachment file contents are intact and not corrupted. |
WebApi.Base.001 | '{0}' is missing or is in an incorrect format. | This error is generated when any specific input parameter is missing in the web request input. The error message also prints the name of the parameter which is missing. | You must specify the missing parameter, with a valid value, in the web request. |
WebApi.Base.002 | Input parameter is missing or incorrect format. | This error is generated when a web request is incorrectly formed with missing or incorrect parameters, or incorrect format. | You must revalidate the parameters and correct them in the web request. |
WebApi.Base.003 | '{0}' with '{1}' equals to '{2}' could not be found. | This error is generated when you enter an invalid field value in a module field. For example, 'Ticket' with 'Category' equals to 'Accounts' could not be found. Here "Accounts" is an invalid field value. | You must provide valid values for the module fields. |
WebApi.Base.004 | '{0}' with '{1}' equals to '{2}' found more than one. | This error is generated when you enter a duplicate field value in a module field. For example, 'Ticket' with 'Category' equals to 'Accounts' found more than one. | You must provide unique values for the module fields. |
WebApi.Base.005 | An invalid value is specified for property '{0}' ({1}). | This error is generated when you specify invalid values for the pageSize and/or pageNumber properties during API calls which support pagination. | You must specify valid values for mentioned properties. |

WebApi.Grid.002 | Logged in Technician does not have permissions to view records for '{0}' Module. | This error is generated when the user does not have the required permissions to view the records for a particular module. | You must make sure that you have the required permissions to access the records of the module mentioned in the error message. |
WebApi.Grid.003 | The grid view name is invalid. | This error is generated when a grid with the specified name does not exists. | You must make sure that you are trying to access an existing view and you have rights to access the same. |
Web.Grid.003 | Failed to delete record | This error is generated when record deletion fails due to any error. The error can also be generated when the user attempts to delete a system record. | You must make sure that the record to be deleted is not a system record and that you have the required permissions to delete it. |
Web.Grid.004 | Failed to copy record {0}. | This error is generated when copying a record fails due to any error. There could be different reasons for this error such as missing permission or any other error during the copy operation. | You must check the log files to get the error details and take the corrective actions. |
Web.Grid.001 | Failed to retrieve state of grid view {0}. | This error is generated if there are any errors when you fetch grid details such as column width, sort order, or visible column list. | You must check if the grid view still exists and if you have permission to view it. |
