Storage All-in-One ETL for TrueSight Capacity Optimization
The Storage-All-in-One ETL is a generic ETL developed to collect capacity information about all the storage systems it supports. It consists of:
- a common engine (Storage Engine)
- several .si files that are platform specific (Storage Intelligence). The .si files contain all commands, queries, and scripts required to collect capacity information. Several .si files can be leveraged to cover the entire SAN infrastructure.
The version 11.5 of the ETL supports the following platforms:
- Dell EMC ScaleIO
- Dell EMC VMAX
- NetApp SolidFire.
The EMC SMI-S Agent ETL and the Storage All-in-One ETL can operate side by side.
EMC SMI-S Agent ETL for TrueSight Capacity Optimization
- The EMC SMI-S Agent ETL for TrueSight Capacity Optimization supports the version 9 of the SMI-S provider.
- The EMC SMI-S Agent ETL and the Storage All-in-One ETL can operate side by side.
EMC XtremIO Management Server ETL for TrueSight Capacity Optimization
- EMC XtremIO Management Server ETL for TrueSight Capacity Optimization now supports multi-cluster environments.
Hitachi Device Manager ETL for TrueSight Capacity Optimization
The following metrics are now collected for the Storage System and Storage Pool Entities:

IBM SVC Storwize CIM Agent ETL for TrueSight Capacity Optimization
- Information about back-end arrays is now available through the following metrics:
- BYBACKENDSYSTEM_SIZE: Current size provided by the backend storage system.
- BYLDISK_BACKEND_VOLUME_NAA: Network address authority of the backend storage volume provider.
- BYLDISK_BACKENDSYSTEM_NAME: Backend storage system from which the logical disk is created.
- BYLDISK_BACKENDSYSTEM_WWNN: World wide node name of the backend storage system from which the logical disk is created.
NetApp Data ONTAP ETL for TrueSight Capacity Information
NetApp Data ONTAP ETL for TrueSight Capacity Optimization 11.5 does not support the 7-Mode anymore.
Known and Corrected Issues
