This patch consolidates all the hot fixes delivered for Remedy Smart Reporting version 20.02 and later into a single patch release.

Additional updates available in this patch are:

  • Performance improvement for Report Design with Calculated Field

  • Broadcast reports to save directly to a disk

  • Performance improvement for broadcasting through email

  • View status of previous executions of broadcasts

  • Ability to check data connectivity by enabling volatile data source settings

Important

Before you install this patch, ensure that Remedy Smart Reporting version 20.02 is installed.

February 21, 202020.02 enhancements

Enhancements available in this release:

  • Tracking the progress of work order automation initiative by using the Service Automation Dashboard and reports

  • Ability to change the default custom role of new users

  • (Version 19.11 and later) Separate documentation space for Remedy Smart Reporting
  • (Version 19.11 and later) Ability to restrict the number of rows retrieved from the database
