Please review this info. I believe the URL for Remedy Smart Reporting console is http://SmartReportingWebServerName:portNumber/SmartReporting. After logging in as siadmin I was directed to the Profile Settings and promted to change the password.

      Hello Erling Balsnes,

Thank you for pointing out the URL change. I have updated the documentation. Also, yes, from version 20.02, the sidadmin user will be asked to change the default password after the first login.

      Regards,

      Vrishali

Does the admin password have to be changed anyplace else for all functionality to work as normal (like in the Midtier config tool, or for the UserSync process to function as normal)?

      Hello Marketta Daniels,

For a fresh installation, you do not have to change the password anywhere else. However, if you change the password intermittently, you need to change the password in Mid Tier configuration as well as in the SmartReportingServer_Info form.

      Thanks & Regards,

      Vrishali
