Remedy Single Sign-On 19.02 introduces the following features:

  • Kerberos authentication for a pre-defined IP range

  • Enabling signed SAML metadata for security

  • Ability to configure RSSO agent and RSSO server for applications hosted on different domains

  • Ability to secure the cookie by providing access only to the issuing domain
