BMC Remedyforce 20.15.01.014.043 is a cumulative release and includes the enhancements, product updates, and corrected issues that were provided in versions 20.15.01.014 (Winter 15), 20.15.01.014.006 (Winter 15 Patch 1), 20.15.01.014.022 (Winter 15 Patch 2), 20.15.01.014.027 (Winter 15 Patch 3), and 20.15.01.014.031 (Winter 15 Patch 3.1). Upgrading
BMC will automatically push version 20.15.01.014.043 (Winter 15 Patch 4) to all sandbox and production organizations on version 20.15.01.014 (Winter 15) and its patches. For information about the dates on which BMC will push this patch, see Release schedules.
Note
If your sandbox or production organization is on version 20.13.01 and its patches or earlier, BMC cannot automatically upgrade your organization. In this case, you must self-upgrade to the latest version according to your own schedule and requirements.
