BMC Remedy OnDemand for Public Sector is a SaaS-based IT Service Management (ITSM) solution suite specifically developed for educational, local, state and federal government agencies in the United States. To maintain operational and data integrity, this solution is staffed by U.S. personnel in U.S data centers. It is designed to comply with the Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) Low and Moderate security controls specified by National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) 800-53.
