Defining BMC Atrium CMDB attributes for BMC ProactiveNet

Not all the BMC Atrium CMDB attributes of BMC ProactiveNet classes are useful for BMC ProactiveNet. To be published to BMC ProactiveNet, CMDB attributes must have the following attribute:

Custom Properties = 3\300050\2\1\300070\2\1\300080\2\1\

You can qualify attributes that are not defined as BMC ProactiveNet attributes out-of-the-box.

To define an attribute as a BMC ProactiveNet attribute

1. In Remedy User's Class Manager Console, set the value of the Custom Properties attribute to 3\300050\2\1\300070\2\1\300080\2\1.
2. Export the modified BMC ProactiveNet class information by running the CLI command pclassinfo -x.
3. Update the Knowledge Base of the cells and recompile.
