    Note

    For PATROL Agent version 9.0.20, you can use a direct event-only integration from the PATROL Agent to a BMC ProactiveNet cell. This integration is non-streaming and cannot be configured through Central Monitoring Administration.

    BMC recommends that you upgrade to the latest PATROL Agent version.

      Hello,

      The first table shows compatility of Patrol Agent v9.0 with Central Monitoring Administration 9.6 through Integration Service 9.0

      The second table seems contradictory to this: it shows Patrol Agent v9.0 is not compatible with Central Monitoring Administration 9.6 

      Am I missing something?  Could someone explain this?

        Hi Kurt,

        The second table is with respect to the Knowledge Modules (KMs). Using CMA 9.6 and PATROL Agent 9.0, you cannot configure the KMs mentioned in the table.

      Hi,

      I think someone needs to update this as Patrol Agent 9.6 is now available and is compatible with ProactiveNet 9.6.

      There is no mention of the Patrol 9.5 agent pre 002 Patch being compatible with BPPM 9.6.  Assuming this is supported, but the 002 patch and higher recommended?  Can someone provide additional compatibility details for the Integration Service and Patrol Agent that are at versions 9.5.00?

      Can we have Patrolagent 9.6 with IS 9.6 but BPPM 9.5?
