  1. i have question for PNET Agent 9.5. if the agent has installed on aix server so i can monitor system performance with PNET Agent or i must install patrol agent only.

ps. i must using pnet agent because on the system server has been test environment and the server has activity back date everyday for test application

    1. Hi Voravit,

From 9.5, we always recommend that you use the PATROL Agent. The PNet Agent is not fully supported in 9.5.

      Thanks,

      Panna

      1. Hi Panna

How do Patrol agent 9.5 collect data on server roll back date/time and i can view graph has been current date/time?

        1. Hi Voravit,

If the server time is modified (that is, the time is changed and subsequently the server is restarted), then there is no impact on data collection.

The server uses the PATROL Agent computer’s time stamp and stores it in the database and the same time stamp is shown in the UI.

          Thanks,

          Panna
