There is not enough information in this document to create an Oracle DB Log into Oracle and create two users Grant DBA role to the users

What should be the minimum size and recommended growth scale? Does granting the users a dba role then allow the installer to create the DB object?

While going for pre-created database, the privileges mentioned in this pages includes "Alter Session and Alter User" but the link https://docs.bmc.com/docs/digitalworkplacebasic/33/pre-creating-oracle-database-724773395.html does not talk about "Alter User" privilege. Do we need "Alter User" privilege for SmartIT? If yes, can we please add details in terms of why we need it technically and is this something which can be revoked after installation?

Also, explanation about USERS tablespace with respect to SmarIT will be useful on this page.
