After you install BMC Service Level Management version 7.6.04 Service Pack 5, the following filters are not imported:

    • SLM:Measurement:AvailEndClearFields
    • SLM:Measurement:GetApplicationUserFriendlyIDPushToTeamMeasurement
    • SLM:Measurement:GoalTimeReqConvertOverallStartTimeToWEEKDAYAndTIME
    • SLM:TeamMeasurement:CalculateHours
    • SLM:Measurement:UpdateTeamMeasStatus
    • SLM:Measurement:GetApplicationUserFriendlyIDPushToMeasurementChild

Additionally, the Remedy application log files display the following error messages:

Workaround: On the BMC Electronic Product Distribution site, click the Product Patches tab. Go to BMC Service Level Management > BMC Service Level Management 7.6.04 and manually import the definition files located in the BMC Service Level Management 7.6.04 SP5 Missing Filters folder using BMC Remedy Developer Studio.

For more information about the procedure for importing these definition files, see "Appendix G Importing and exporting object definitions and locking objects" in the BMC Remedy AR System 7.6.04 Form and Application Objects Guide.
