When configuring your integrations to the BMC cloud, you may require the configuration of certain network ports for communication. Specific port numbers are used for the communication endpoint for certain integrations. Port configuration will be required in each environment where the integration point is needed. Common port numbers are reserved for their intended use.
To request a network port configuration, submit a request through your support portal. If using the i.onbmc.com support portal, use the Request Something Else option. A member of the BMC network support team will contact you to understand your integration requirements and work with you on the port configuration.
Keep in mind that some integrations also require configuration of the BMC Helix Client Gateway.
