    This topic illustrates default response parameters and options contained in preconfigured install configuration template files (config files) that are required for performing a silent installation of BMC TrueSight Capacity Optimization. These sample config files are included in the product install package.

    Description: (Direct connection deployment) Install an Additional Server for the ETL Engine.

    The possible values of AGING_CONF_SELECTION are:

    • DEFAULT: Configures the aging parameters to the default value
    • CUSTOM: Configures the aging parameters to the custom value
    • LEAVE_SELECTION: Performs no change on the values of the aging parameters

    Note

     Uncomment the -J AGING_CONF_SELECTION=CUSTOM command in the configuration file to use the custom aging configuration for Data Warehouse tables.
