Maintenance outage Saturday, September 18 at 9 PM CDT
This site, docs.bmc.com, will undergo a brief outage for maintenance on Saturday, September 18, at 9 PM.
BMC Software is alerting users that the online help system connecting products to the BMC documentation portal at docs.bmc.com has been updated, and the older, certificate-based help system will be retired on June 30, 2016.
After June 30, 2016, the certificate-based online help for BMC TrueSight Capacity Optimization 10.0 will no longer return a specific topic when you click a help button. Instead, you will be redirected to a general search page where you can enter the product name to access the product documentation. From there, you can navigate to the appropriate topic. All product documentation will continue to be available outside of the product help system.
To resolve this issue and enable online Help, contact Customer Support to obtain Hot Fix 10.0.00.02.C00007.
