Complete the following tasks to ensure that the Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) process runs properly:
- Check the ODI_JAVA_HOME environment variable and make sure that it is set to the BDS_HOME/JAVA path for successful running of ETL.
- Ensure that the time zone selected for BMC Network Automation, BMC Decision Support – Network Automation, and the database server is the same, and that the clock time is in sync with the time zone on each server.
- Ensure that the Windows user that is configured to run ETL has read and write permissions on the <BBDSNAInstallationDirectory>\dwh\xml directory and files in that directory.
- Create the ETL schedule or modify it if it already created as required. For more information, see Creating and modifying the ETL data collection schedule.
