BMC Remedyforce adapter

The BMC Remedyforce adapter allows you to perform the following change management, incident management, and task management operations in the BMC Remedyforce application:

• Create
• Update
• Find
• Delete

The BMC Remedyforce adapter uses the Web Services adapter to acquire a session ID from the Salesforce web service. The session ID is required to communicate with the BMC Remedyforce application and execute operations in the application.

You can configure the adapter such that it acquires the session ID from the Salesforce web service and updates it at regular intervals.
