Testing OA Management module connection with BMC Remedy ITSM

You can test your workflows to ensure that the OA Management module is communicating with and connecting to the BMC Remedy AR System.

To test an OA Management module workflow

  1. In the BMC Atrium Orchestrator Development Studio application, open the Operations Actions Module panel, and then select the module that contains the workflow that you want to test.
  2. Click the Setup Validation folder, and select a workflow.
  3. Select File > Run > Test Workflow.
