You may require additional memory to install BMC Atrium Core Console. For more information, see the BMC Action Request System Compatibility and Support Matrix available on the BMC Support site.

  • BMC Atrium Core Console is not supported with the JBoss server for BMC Remedy Mid Tier on IBM AIX
  • The TIBCO ActiveMatrix Runtime UDDI Server is not supported on the following platforms:
    • HP-UX PA-RISC (but supported on HP-UX Itanium)

  1. The installer expects UDDI information so the impression occurs that this is a requirement. However there is KA354158 explaining that you can use cmdb credentials for that step when you do not have/use UDDI. It would be nice if this is mentioned somewhere in the documentation.

    1. Hi Andreas,

You are right. I have added this information in the Configuring BMC Atrium CMDB integration page.
