Use the Run Recovery Action dialog box to indicate whether you want to run the specified recovery action.

  • To run this recovery action now and to have PATROL continue to prompt you before running this recovery action in the future, click Accept.
  • To run this recovery action now and to have PATROL run it in the future without prompting you again, select the Do not ask me again checkbox and then click Accept.
  • To stop the recovery action from running now and on all future occasions, select the Disable checkbox and then click Accept.

The application class of the parameter that is initiating the recovery action

INSTANCE

The application class instance of the parameter that is initiating the recovery action

PARAMETER

The parameter that is initiating the recovery action

Do not ask me again

Specifies that you do not want to be prompted with this dialog in the future

If you select this option, the recovery action mode is set to run unattended. In this mode, the recovery action runs automatically when the parameter goes into an alarm state.

Disable

Specifies that you want to disable the recovery action
If you select this option, the recovery action mode is set to "do not execute".

Accept

Applies your changes

Cancel

Closes the dialog box and does not run the recovery action

Opens the PATROL for Linux help file
