PATROL for Linux gives you the ability to monitor various network components. The Network File System version 3 (NFSv3) provides you with an abstract view of the entire filesystem, regardless of the various systems' architectures and operating systems. With PATROL for Linux, you can monitor KVMs (kernel-based virtual machine). KVM is a full virtualization solution for Red Hat Enterprise Linux on x86-64 hardware containing virtualization extensions (Intel VT or AMD-V). For more information, Monitoring KVMs.
