The BMC Atrium Single Sign-On server is available from the BMC Electronic Product Distribution (EPD) website on the page for BMC Analytics for BSM.
If you plan to use BMC Atrium Sign-On as your method of authentication, consider the following points:
- You must have installed and configured the BMC Atrium Single Sign-On server before installing BMC Analytics for BSM.
- Any users that you want to use in BMC Analytics for BSM must exist in the BMC Atrium Single Sign-On server. For more information about BMC Atrium Single Sign-On, see the BMC Atrium Single Sign-On documentation portal.
- Ensure that your SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI host is part of the DNS domain or subdomain of the BMC Atrium Single Sign-On server host.
Note
The BMC Atrium Single Sign-On agent is supported on Microsoft Windows only. UNIX configurations are supported but are not certified or fully documented.
