envChecker is a utility script provided in PATROL for Sybase product for verifying the JDBC connection.
PATROL for Sybase connects to the Sybase databases using JDBC connection. Using this JDBC connection, PATROL for Sybase collects data for discovery, availability, and statistics.
You can find the envChecker executable file in the %PATROL_HOME%\pskkm\lib\resources directory.
