Support for Keystone API version 3

PATROL for OpenStack now supports Keystone API version 3. For more information, see Configuring Keystone API v3 monitor type.

Added new application classes

The following new classes are added to the OpenStack System Information application class:

The following table lists the new attributes added to existing application classes:

Updates to the OpenStack Environment (OPENSTACK_ENVIRONMENT) class

In the OpenStack Environment (OPENSTACK_ENVIRONMENT) class, the Environment availability attribute is removed and the following attributes are renamed:

Old nameNew name
Read time from collector channelMonitored data time
Number of KB sent for collectorMonitored data size


Downloading the patch

Select and download the installation files for your platform; see the following table. Use your BMC Support credentials to access the EPD website. You might also be prompted to complete the Export Compliance Form.

Downloading the repository files

The following table provides links to the pages in the EPD website that contain the Repository files. From the EPD page, you can select and download the installation files for your platform. Access to the EPD website requires that you provide your BMC Support credentials. You might also be prompted to complete the Export Compliance Form.
