Automatically perform actions in third-party systems

Automate the processes that you want to perform in a third-party system, such as Microsoft Azure, Jenkins, and Automation Anywhere. Use the Azure, Cloud Automation, and RPA Automation process actions in BMC Helix Innovation Studio to connect with a third-party system and perform various actions. For example, to automatically create a virtual machine in Microsoft Azure, you can create a process by using the Create VM element in the Process designer. Automating such processes promotes self-service, saves time, reduces user efforts, and eliminates manual intervention.

• If you are BMC Helix Innovation Suite subscriber and want to apply the patch, you can contact BMC Support.
• If you are a BMC Helix ITSM subscriber and want to apply the patch, you must request for an upgrade. For more information, see  BMC Helix Upgrade policy  in the BMC Helix Subscriber Information documentation.
