Symptom: You see the following message:

Scope: You try to log on to BMC Helix Portal after the trial expires.

Workaround: To extend the trial, you need to contact the BMC SaaS Operations team. For more information, contact BMC Support.

Symptom: When you search groups with a search term that matches the parent group name as well as its child group(s), you see duplicate child group entries under the parent group.

Scope: You have parent and child groups created with similar names.
