In BMC Service Level Management, a period of time over which the compliance of an agreement is monitored on a regular basis. The following review periods are provided: Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly. For example, if a Monthly review period is added to a service level agreement (SLA), the SLA compliance target must be met on a monthly basis. If a Daily review period is also added, the SLA compliance target must be met on both a daily basis and a monthly basis. See also service level agreement (SLA).
