In BMC Server Automation, a configuration of views, view tab groups, and editors. By default, the BMC Server Automation Console opens to the Classic perspective, which consists of the following configuration:
- The Folders view, Properties view, Permissions view, and Audit Trail view tab group
- The Tasks in Progress view
- A space in the upper-right quadrant that is reserved for content editors
