In BMC Impact Integration, a special file that controls the propagation and synchronization of events to a BMC Impact Integration product. The file is in the $MCELL_HOME/etc/ directory on UNIX platforms and in the %MCELL_HOME\etc\ directory on Microsoft Windows platforms.
