Application Server
In BMC Automation Client, a program that controls how BMC Server Automation client applications communicate with remote servers. The Application Server manages communication between clients and servers. It also controls the interaction of the system with the database, file, and mail servers and is used for unattended provisioning of operating systems onto servers.
