In BMC Server Automation, a list of roles that have been granted permissions in the form of system authorizations, command authorizations, authorization profiles, and ACL templates. ACL policies can be managed from a central location. Any changes made to a policy automatically take effect on any objects to which the policy has been applied. Like an ACL template, an ACL policy lets you develop a complex set of permissions that can be easily applied to system objects.
