Service pack 1 is available for the BMC Real End User Experience Monitoring and Analytics product, the BMC Synthetic End User Experience product, and the BMC Application Performance Management as a Service offering.

This service pack also resolves the problem that was described in the Flash issued on January, 24, 2014.

Service pack 1 provides the following enhancements:

Extended monitoring capabilities to end-user metrics in rich internet applications
Enhancements to synthetic monitoring
Ability to search for LDAP groups from the Console
Enhancements in configuring a database for Extended Reporting
Improvements in the Session Overview

Important upgrade information

Before upgrading from version 1.3.x, you must first apply a hotfix. For details, see issue UC-1655 in the Installation and upgrade issues section of the Known and corrected issues.

BMC Real End User Experience Monitoring version 2.6

Version 2.6 of the BMC Real End User Experience Monitoring product is available. For information about this release, see the BMC TrueSight App Visibility Management 2.6 space.

BMC Real End User Experience Monitoring is the foundation for the application performance management platform that can be hosted as a service or in your environment (on premises).

If you are implementing BMC Real End User Experience Monitoring in your environment, see End-to-end process for on-premises users.
If you are a subscriber of BMC Application Performance Management as a Service, see End-to-end process for tenant users.

You access the BMC Real End User Experience Monitoring and Analytics product from various tabs in the BMC Application Performance Management Console. To learn about using the product interfaces, see Accessing and logging on to the interfaces and Navigating the interface.

You can also access the BMC Application Diagnostics Open link product from the Diagnostics tab in the Console.
