(Upgrade only) In remote host jobs, if parameter RJX_CONN_MODE was set to 0 or 1 prior to v9.0.20.000 (OS.dat for Unix/Linux, WIN table under registry), the remote host jobs fail to run. Parameter RJX_CONN_MODE must be set to 2.

CTM-3391Control-M/Agent

Jobs are submitted with incorrect environment variables when the Control-M/Agent Logon as User parameter is set to Y. This occurs in the following situations:

  • The environment variables are interpreted incorrectly when their values contain an “=” sign.
  • The last environment variable is ignored.

To resolve this issue, install patch PAKAI.9.0.20.001.

WBL-119992Control-M/Agent

(UNIX/Linux only) The following print errors appear in the agent log, start-ag_xxx.log:

sh: -c: line 1: syntax error near unexpected token `|'
sh: -c: line 1: ` | grep -iv pid'

These messages can be ignored.

CTM-3725Control-M Managed File Transfer

In Control-M MFT, when the Agent runs on a Windows VM, the rate of file transfers using SFTP is much slower than it was in MFT 9.0.19.200. To resolve this issue, install patch PAAFP.9.0.20.001 when it becomes available. For more information about this issue, see Knowledge Base article 000370090.

CTM-3454Control-M/ServerIf there are missing requirements for Control-M/Server on SuSE12, and you run the check_req utility, it shows that everything is OK but the installation might fail.
CTM-5410Control-M/Enterprise Manager

After downgrading Control-M/EM 9.0.19 or 9.0.20 to a version less than 9.0.19, Control-M Reports fails with the following error message:

Communication problem with GUI server. Please contact your system administrator

Control-M/Enterprise Manager

Uninstall add-ons that were activated prior to upgrading to Control-M/Enterprise Manager Version 9.0.20 fail.

CTM-5506Control-M Web

Monitoring domain > Viewpoints >, when using Latin-1 characters to define a value in Filter parameters, data in the Viewpoint may not filter correctly.

Workaround: Create another filter without Latin-1 characters.

CTM-5508Control-M Web

Planning domain >, when using Latin-1 characters to define the value in a Site Standard Rule, a validation error message appears and you cannot check-in. 

Workaround: Update the Site Standard Rule so that it does not include Latin-1 characters.
