In the Infrastructure Management Impact Manager User Input Information screen, complete the following fields and click Next.

    Am i missing something ?

  2. Please note that the CMDB extension installer 9.6 is NOT COMPATIBLE with the Java JRE8 coming by default with Remedy9, you should install a temporary JRE7 for your environment and set the correct java path before executing the installer..otherwise the installation fails (sad)

    1. Hi Frederic,

Are you able to provide some step by step guide for this?

      1. Hi Olaide,

You should just install a JRE7 previously downloaded from the Oracle website and set the correct JAVA_HOME pointing to the JRE7 directory (instead of JRE8) before executing the installer, it works (smile)

  3. Are there any steps to validate successful installation of CMDB Extensions? Please update the document if there are.
