The Reports tab in the Chargeback - Report view lists root folders that contain cost model templates. Each of these root folders contain individual cost model sub-folders that hold the actual reports associated with the cost model.
The Reports tab displays the Chargeback Scheduled reports portlet by default. This portlet lists all the folders that contain the actual reports associated with a cost model, and the contents and structure of this portlet change as per your selection.

The following figure shows the Chargeback Scheduled reports portlet drilled down to report level. The Business Model - 01. Daily - By Cost Object report is selected, and details of this report are displayed to the right side. You also see a Results table that contains reports of all execution results of the selected cost model.

The Reports tab lists all scheduled reports and details of each one of them along with their results. From here, you can also export results in various formats.
In the Reports tab, you can view all the periods over which your Chargeback reports have been scheduled. If you click on a scheduled report name in the Reports Portlet, the view to the right side of the Reports Portlet displays a brief description of the scheduled report, and below it, you will see all the periods, in the form of different tables, over which the selected report has been scheduled. Refer to the following image to view an example.

Each row in the scheduled period table corresponds to a report result, and contains the following information:
Scheduled Period table
Name of the result. For example, August 2012.
Gives you an option to view and export the result in one of the following formats:
Generation date of the report.
After you click the Native Report Viewer icon in the Available Formats column in the table, the report is displayed in the Report Viewer tab in Native Report Viewer format.
You can perform various operations on reports in this format from within the Chargeback -Report view itself.
Reports in Microsoft XLS, PPT and DOC formats open in their native applications, irrespective of the browser you are using the BMC TrueSight Capacity Optimization console on.
The Report Viewer tab displays and allows you to export reports and report data of model execution results. It consists of a report description portlet, and a report viewer portlet.

You can export a full report or export report data from the Report Viewer tab. This option is available only when you are viewing a report in the native Report Viewer format.
The native Report Viewer format allows you to perform the following operations from within the Chargeback - Report view itself, unlike some other formats, that require their parent applications to perform certain operations.
When you click the timestamp link in the Result Date column of the Results table, the report opens (by default) in the native report viewer format. To open the report directly from the Results table in another format, click the appropriate icon in the Last Result column.
