Before you begin verifying the TrueSight Capacity Optimization instance, you must complete the activities described in Installing Application Server components.
Verify that all installed TrueSight Capacity Optimization services are RUNNING.
The following table lists TrueSight Capacity Optimization components and the services that correspond to each component:

For example, if you have installed a Primary Scheduler and the Data Hub, verify that the Scheduler, Data Hub, and Httpd services, are RUNNING; if you have enabled the Service Container component, verify that the Service Container is also RUNNING.

Username: admin

Note
One user account, admin, is built in to TrueSight Capacity Optimization. The default password for the admin user account is admin. BMC recommends changing the password for admin immediately after installation. For information about how to change the password for a user account, see Adding and managing user accounts.
Verify that the Welcome page is displayed.
Additional information
A message is displayed if the date and time of the application server server and database are not in sync. You must sync the date and time on both the servers.
After you verify that the typical TrueSight Capacity Optimization installation is successful, configure the Application Server after the installation.
