Metrics per storage filer are displayed in a tabular format.
By default, some columns are hidden. You can show or hide columns using the action menuthat is located next to the table title.
Each row in the table represents a storage filer and displays the following metrics:
|Name of the filer.||Not applicable||NAME|
|Storage system||Name of the storage system.||Not applicable||SA_CONTAINS_FILER|
|Filer Type||Type of the filer.||Not applicable||ST_TYPE|
|Number of Shares||Number of shares in the filer.||Not applicable||Count of Storage Shares related to the Storage Filer|
|Capacity [GB]||Total capacity in Gigabytes.||Not applicable||Sum of ST_CAPACITY for the related Storage Share|
|Consumed Capacity [GB]||Capacity actually consumed in Gigabytes.||Average on the latest day||Sum of ST_CONSUMED_CAPACITY for the related Storage Share|
|Consumed Capacity [%]||Percentage of the filer subscribed capacity that has been actually consumed by the host. Will be typically less than 100% for thin filers. Will be exactly 100% for all traditional filers. Can be greater than 100% when the storage system saves additional metadata that are not taken into account in the filer's capacity.||Average on the latest day||ST_CONSUMED_CAPACITY / ST_CAPACITY|
|CPU Utilization [%]||Percentage of used CPU.||Average on the latest day||CPU_UTIL|
To view the details page for a particular storage system, click its (hyper-linked) name under the Storage System column.
The details page displays information for the selected storage system under the following sections or panels:
|Section or Panel||Description|
A quick summary of all the capacity and traffic information available for the storage system.
|Configuration Details page||Configuration information about the storage system. The information displayed in this page depends on the configuration data metrics available in the entity. They are described in the ETL User Documentation.|
|Controllers and Ports|
Information about the controllers and ports of the storage system (controller name, port name, type, address, bandwidth).
Information about the storage system disks (name, model, type, revolution per minute, size).
Use the sorting and filtering options on the page to find a specific storage system. For more information, see Sorting tables in views in the TrueSight console and Using filtering options in views in the TrueSight console.
