The public views expose all the time series data in the data warehouse (DWH) that has been collected and summarized by the warehousing process. 

When you use the TrueSight Capacity Optimization console to run analyses and models, the time series data that is produced is not included in the public views. The produced data is displayed as charts in the console.

You can view the charts and download the underlying data, but the data itself is not saved in the database. However, a user with administrative privileges can promote any analysis or model to “golden” and the analysis or model is marked as a golden analysis or model. The Golden producer tasks (background tasks) run the golden analyses and models automatically on a periodic basis, and save the produced data in the database as a “producer-based” time series. Such producer-based data is also exposed through public views. These public views are described in the following sections:
