You can view information about jobs scheduled for execution in the future through a list of scheduled jobs in the Job Schedules view. If you are logged in as BLAdmin, you can see all jobs for all roles in the BMC Server Automation system. Otherwise, you see the jobs for which your role has Read permission.
To view job schedules in a list
- Select Configuration > Job Schedules View. A list of scheduled jobs is displayed, containing all currently scheduled jobs that you have permission to see. For each job, the following information is displayed:
- Job name
- Job type
- Schedule
- Next run time
- Role of user who executed the job
- Name of user who executed the job
