You must choose the time zone that applies for the scheduled job run. If the job runs on a recurring basis, the job always executes at the time you specify. BMC Server Automation automatically accounts for differences in time zones and changes in daylight savings time. For example, if you schedule a job that should run weekly at 06:00 Eastern Standard Time, the job always runs at 06:00 Eastern Time, no matter whether standard or daylight savings time is in effect.
When entering dates, use a yyyy/mm/dd format. When entering times, use a 24-hour clock format (00:00 to 23:59).
For Time Zone, select the time zone in which the job should run.
The Schedules panel lists the scheduled job's frequency and the time for which it is initially scheduled. The time includes the job's time zone relative to Greenwich Mean Time.
Note
For a recurring schedule, BMC Server Automation automatically accounts for differences in time zones and changes in daylight savings time. For example, if you schedule a job that should run weekly at 06:00 Eastern Standard Time, the job always runs at 06:00 Eastern Time, no matter whether standard or daylight savings time is in effect.
Ensure that all component machines in your BMC Server Automation system have their clocks synchronized.
