Smart IT & DWP are on the same server in the schema, where according Smart IT doc the best practices is to install them on a separate servers. Also DWP catalog is missing.

hi, yes I have seen this article
there is different info on KB- article and on 19.02 documentation (on this page)
on 19.02 documentation it says for Small environment you need 16Cores and 32GB on database and on article it says medium environment needs 16cores and 32GB
Article is for older version… so it seems not fully apply to 19.02 anymore
Thank you for writing; I understand your confusion.
For a small deployment of Remedy ITSM + Smart IT, the data tier sizing guideline is 8 cores + 16 GB, which is the same requirement as mentioned in the KB article. The 16 cores + 32 GB configuration is required only if you deploy Digital Workplace too.
The KB article does not include the additional requirements for Digital Workplace. That is why the KB article mentions the requirements for small deployment as 8 cores + 16 GB.

Yes I can read what is the difference of ITSM + SmartIT vs. ITSM + SmartIT + DWP databases on same environment that is why asked what is correct baseline for medium environment
So no this does not help since we have Digital Workplace and Digital workplace catalog too, so which one is it for DB containing ITSM, SmartIT, DWP and DWPC databases for Medium size environment?
