Mean Time Between Service Incidents (MTBSI) report
The MTBSI report averages the uptime and downtime between service model component failures according to the following formula:
MTBSI = (uptime + downtime) / number of service incidents (all values during a single summarization period)
A service incident is a complete cycle of transition starting at a down state, including any number of ignored states and one or more up states, and ending with the next down state.
You can choose from the following MTBSI reports:
- A quarterly report
- A monthly report
- A weekly report
- A daily report
