Exporting schedules to Microsoft Project
supports the import of schedules from and export of schedules to Microsoft Project 2002 or later.
You can use the Export feature to create a new MS Project copy of the schedule summary you have in the Project Schedule step. It is not intended to be used to merge changes in the schedule back into existing MS Project schedules. You can use MS Project to manage the schedule status of Projects with detailed MS Project schedules; and use the MS Project export feature to update the schedule summary with the most current MS Project status.
